1. The tournament is reserved exclusively for players born in 2017(category U8) 2016 (category U9) 2015 (category U10)
The organisation reserves the right to allow exceptions.
2. The games will be played between 2 teams of 5 players. Each team should be
equipped with 2 in colour differentiated shirts. The team referred to as home team
must adjust their outfit if necessary (decision referee).
3. The games will be played according to the regulations and rules of the K.B.V.B. /
R.B.F.A.
4. The number of replacements is unlimited (continuous). If a team is late or doesn’t
show up for a game, without a valid reason, it loses the game with 3-0.
5. A player who gets a yellow card must leave the pitch and can be replaced by a
substitute player. He or she can not be subbed on anymore during that game. A
player who receives a direct red card must leave the pitch. He/she may not be
replaced in that game. If necessary, the organisation can suspend that player for
other matches too.
6. All participating clubs accept these rules.
7. Each not mentioned event is regulated by the organisation.
8. Any complaint must be submitted to the secretary less than 10 minutes after
finishing the game to which the complaint relates.
9.Decisions of the organisation in this regard are not appealable.
10. Match duration is 1x 15 minutes. Keeper: there will be a marked keeper area. In
this area the keeper can use his hands. A pass back to the keeper of own team can
not be picked up with hands.
11. Ball out of play on sideline: With self-dribble after ball is stopped at the right
place. These can be scored after 1 touch in the field.
12. Free-kick/Corner: No self-dribble and taken with 1 direct touch. If the referee
raises an arm, the free kick is indirect.
13. Kick-outs by the goalkeeper from the hands are prohibited. The goalkeeper may
however put the ball on the ground and kick it out.
14. Before the start of the tournament, each team is expected to hand in a players
list.
15. If teams are equal on points at the end of the group matches (phase 1 and phase
2): 1. mutual result, 2. goal difference, 3. goals scored, 4. penalties (serie of 3)
16. Phase 3, the finals: if matches end in a draw, then penalties (series of 3) will
decide the winner.
17. Coaches and assistants must remain outside the pitch and may only enter the
pitch with the referee's permission.
