Traders Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Traders at all Events:

  1. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Applications are not guarantees of a stall space and all stalls must be booked and paid for through Kickoff Events Ltd.​​​
  2. All vehicles are parked at traders own risk.
  3. ​​​​​​​​Traders who are unable to park at the specific venue an event takes place at will need to find a suitable place to park in the surrounding area at the vehicle owners own risk.​​​
  4. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Kickoff Events Ltd takes no responsibility for damage or loss incurred to personal or commercial property brought in or used by traders.​​​
  5. ​​​​​​​​Traders selling food and drink are required to provide a copy of their food hygiene certificate, this must be in date and will be requested upon successful application, traders are given a 1 week provision period in which this food hygiene certificate must be provided, if the food hygiene certificate is not provided within this allotted time frame the trader will need to submit a new application, and forfeit any stall fee paid in the current application.​​(The food hygiene certificate is a standard Level 2 or equivalent document which lasts 2 years and can be completed online)
  6. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The public liability insurance for this event obtained byKickoff Events Ltd does not act as cover for traders.​
  7. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Traders are required to have their own Public Liability Insurance for their stall.​​
  8. ​​​​​​​​​​​​Kickoff Events Ltd takes no responsibility for damage or injury incurred to any individual as a result of items sold from a traders stall or how a trader has set up their stall.​
  9. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Kickoff Events Ltd takes no responsibility for damage to the venue caused by traders, the way traders have set up their stall, or items a trader uses at their stall, including using the venues power supply for that specific event.​​​
  10. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Each trader is responsible for any damage to the venue or injury incurred to any individual as a result of items sold from their stall or how the stall has been set up by the trader including using the venues power supply.​​​
  11. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Kickoff Events Ltd takes no responsibility for damage to personal or commercial property brought in by a trader caused by weather or the general public and will issue no refund because of this.
  12. ​​​​​​​​​​​​Kickoff Events Ltd reserves the right to refuse any trader from participating at any of the events the company organises in house or for another company or organisation.​​​
  13. Stall fees are paid via a bank transfer provided by Kickoff Events Ltd providing the application for the event applied to is accepted, traders will be sent a confirmation email detailing information about their application including this payment link, there is a 1 week pay by period in which to pay the stall fee after which the link will be deactivated and the trader will need to submit a new application.​​​
  14. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Upon successful payment of the stall fee traders will receive a receipt by email that acts as a confirmation and a proof of the stall booking, traders will need to bring this receipt with them to the specific event to be granted access to set up their stall items.​​​
  15. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Stall fees are non refundable.​
  16. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Stalls will not be reserved or held for a particular trader.​
  17. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Traders cannot choose where to set up their stall at, this will be designated by Kickoff Events Ltd.​​​
  18. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Kickoff Events Ltd cannot guarantee footfall and will issue no refund of stall fee because of this.​​​​​​
  19. ​​​​​​​​​Any trader breaching the allowances, restrictions, terms and conditions, or instructions given about the event and the traders stall will be banned from future events held byKickoff Events Ltd including those run for another company or organisation.​​​​
  20.  By filling in the online application traders agree to the information provided by the trader to be stored for record keeping and accounting purposes in compliance with GDPR by Kickoff Events Ltd and may be used to inform traders about future events to apply for.​
  21. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Stalls are strictly by prior booking using the online application on the companies website and traders cannot turn up unannounced on the day of an event.​​
  22. ​​The person applying for a stall must be the person who will be the trader on the day, if for any reason this specific trader is not able to attend and intends to send another individual in their place, this trader must notify Kickoff Events Ltd in advance.​​
  23. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Information on when traders can arrive, setup, what facilities are available, and when dismantling takes place will be given upon successful payment of a stall application for a specific event.​​​​​​​​
  24. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Traders who intend to use a fire producing unit i.e. a BBQ at their stall will need to in addition to submitting a risk assessment will be required to also detail what fire prevention equipment the trader will be using.  This will be requested upon review of the stall application prior to the application being accepted and reviewed by Kickoff events Ltd, if the risk assessment is not deemed to be insufficient, for health and safety reasons, the traders application will be refused.
  25. Traders cannot bring stalls larger than that stated and cannot bring additional stalls where stalls are provided by the company.
  26. Traders and staff are required to have a basic DBS 
  27. Traders and staff are not allowed to smoke or Vape on site 
  28. Traders are required to provide a bin for use in front of their pitch to provide waste collection 
  29. Traders will need to take their own refuse offset for disposal at the end of the day
