Official Event Photographers
Professional photographers for Kickoff Events Ltd. will be present throughout the event, Pre Tournament Team photographs will be taken as well as capturing action and atmosphere on the pitches, and finishing with the presentation ceremonies. 
Pre-Tournament Team photographs will be sent to the Team organiser a few days after the event. 
Action and atmosphere photographs and videos are for promotional purposes. They may be shared with local and other media outlets for future promotional use.

If you prefer not to have official photographs or videos taken of your team during the event, please contact us at info@kickoffevents.co.uk before the event begins.

Personal Photography
If members of your group wish to take personal photos or videos during the event, your team coach must first obtain permission from the opposing team's coach before the fixture begins. Photography or videography is only allowed if both teams agree. If either team objects, no photos or videos may be taken.

This photography policy applies to all employees, volunteers, contractors, and external photographers working with Kickoff Events as well as Parents and spectators.   • Controlled Sharing: Images shared on social media or online platforms will be carefully selected to ensure they are appropriate and respectful. Personal information, such as names or contact details, will not be shared alongside images without explicit consent.
  • Tagging and Identification: Only using the first names of children or young people whose images are being used in our published material, whenever possible.

  • Reporting Issues: If any participant or parent has concerns about photography or videography at our events, they should contact Kickoff Events Safeguarding Designated immediately. All concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.
  • Removal of Images: If a participant or parent requests that an image be removed from our platforms or materials, we will do so as quickly as possible. it may not be possible to delete images that have already been shared or published.

Review and Monitoring

  • Regular Review: This photography policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains effective and compliant with current laws and best practices.
  • Feedback: We welcome feedback from participants and parents on our photography practices to help us continually improve.
